These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MiraReach, an AI-powered B2B sales prospecting platform operated by Corpfluence Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account and subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MiraReach provides automated B2B sales prospecting, AI-powered lead scoring, personalised outreach email drafting, inbox monitoring, meeting preparation, and content generation tools. The service uses a combination of:
Each user's prospect pipeline is individually researched, scored, and processed — this is not shared or recycled data. The per-user cost of running these services is reflected in our subscription pricing.
MiraReach offers three subscription tiers, each available on monthly or annual billing:

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You may pay with your PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments at the frequency of your chosen billing interval. You can manage your payment method through your PayPal account.
If you subscribe to the Solo plan on monthly billing, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable. This guarantee applies to the first payment only — subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible.
Monthly payments for Growth and Scale plans are non-refundable. By subscribing, you commit to the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
If you cancel an annual subscription, your refund is calculated based on how long you have been subscribed:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MiraReach processes business-to-business contact data obtained from publicly available sources (company websites, Google Places). We do not purchase or scrape personal social media profiles. Your outreach email content, prospect data, and account information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., email delivery via your connected SMTP accounts, payment processing via PayPal).
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction, including GDPR where applicable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, API provider outages (Google, Anthropic, PayPal), and force majeure events may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
MiraReach is provided "as is". We are not liable for: lost revenue from missed prospects, email deliverability issues, inaccurate AI-generated content, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
